How to use HomeSeller4U.co.uk
Sellers
If you want to advertise your home for sale with HomeSeller4U.co.uk then the easiest way is to complete and submit the online form on the 'Add a Property' page. When we have received your property details then we will check through them to make sure everything makes sense, confirm the receipt to you and ask you to provide up to 8 photpgraphs to accompany the details. The maximim width of a photograph allowed on the site is 450px however we will resize pictures for you where necessary.
Please indicate to us if you want to show your phone number, be contactable by potential buyers by email or both.
If you want to post the property details to us and have us load them onto the site for you then please post to HomeSeller4U.co.uk, 1 Kingsmill, Sheepfoot Hill, Malton, North Yorkshire, YO17 7DS.
HomeSeller4U.co.uk will only allow a seller to advertise up to 2 properties for sale at any one time. This is to stop commercial organisations from abusing the site.
If you need to contact HomeSeller4U.co.uk for any other reason then ideally please use the online contact form on the contact us page. You can also contact us on 01653 698917 but please only telephone us regarding urgent matters as we are providing a free advertising service and do not wish to be inundated with telephone calls. Ther main exception to this rule is if you would like to donate money to us! We do endeavour to respond to any correspondence as soon as possible.

If you see a property or properties that interest you then please contact the seller direct either by the telephone number shown on their sellers page or by completing and submitting their online contact form. Please do not contact HomeSeller4U.co.uk regarding property details. HomeSeller4U.co.uk only acts as an advertising vehicle and not as an Estate Agent.
