HomeSeller4U.co.uk has been set up to provide a facility for people to be able to advertise their property for sale on the internet for free. A sceptical person may say that nothing is free and is probably a wise thing to think but on this site you really can advertise for free.
So how can it be done?
Obviously HomeSeller4U needs to make money somehow and we intend to do this by selling advertising space on the site to companies that will mostly be relevant to the property industry. We will also be signing up to affiliate schemes with other websites which should be able to generate revenue for us.
Why would a company want to advertise on this site?
Some companies will recognise that by allowing people to advertise property for free on HomeSeller4U.co.uk is going to be one of the biggest attractions to site visitors. As time goes on, more and more people will visit the site therefore making the site more attractive to potential advertisers. The more advertisers, the more revenue for HomeSeller4U.co.uk meaning more money to advertise and market the site which in turn will increase the attractiveness to advertisers and so the circle goes on.
Will it work?
We don't know for sure but time will tell. HomeSeller4U is the brainchild of Quasar Design who have nearly 6 years' experience of designing, hosting, optimising and marketing websites so we feel we have the expertise to make this work.
People can advertise property for private sale on other websites?
That's true, but you have to pay for the vast majority of them. Now we're not saying that's necessarily a bad thing and it's definitely worth considering using these sites. What we are saying is that because we offer a free facility then we can guarantee that you have nothing to lose! As time goes on and we become better known then we may even become the best option.
So how do people go about putting their property on HomeSeller4U?
That's real easy, go to the page labelled 'Add a Property' and complete and submit the online form. When we have received the form we will check through all the details to make sure it all makes sense and place it on the site for you. We aim to have your property on our site within 2 working days and ideally within a matter of just a few hours. We will then email you confirmation and you can then reply to that email and attach up to 8 photographs of the property. We even do the resizing of the photographs for you. You can even post us the property details and we'll do the hard work for you.
So how long can I keep my property on HomeSeller4U?
We allow you to advertise initially for 2 calendar months. As the 2 months comes to an end, we will contact you to see if you would like to continue advertising with us. If you say yes then we will leave the details on the site for another 2 months and so on.... If we don't hear back from you then we will have to remove the property from the site to ensure that the site is up to date as much as possible.
As a seller is my information safe with HomeSeller4U?
HomeSeller4U will show your contact telephone number on this site if that's what you want so that potential buyers can contact you direct. We also provide a contact form for each property so that potential buyers can contact you by email. Your actual email address will not be viewable on this website. HomeSeller4U will not pass on any personal details to outside agencies or 3rd parties for any reason. Your privacy is paramount to us. When you have sold your property or you no longer wish to continue advertising on this site then all your data that we hold will be destroyed.
I may be interested in buying one of the properties on HomeSeller4U.co.uk so what do I do?
You contact the seller direct either by the telephone shown on their sellers page or by their personal online form to email. HomeSeller4U.co.uk do not get involved in any aspect of the home buying process apart from offering a facility for advertising property.
There doesn't seem to be many homes for sale on HomeSeller4U.co.uk?
We only launched in mid-December 2007 so we need time to build up the amount of properties. If you have a home for sale or know someone who does then why not give us a go!
